nice! last month they were saying that since the concert sold out so quickly they were considering doing a live stream of it too for the people that couldn't get a ticket

their concert was pretty fun, you literally can't ask for a better line up for a WACK concert, they took down the stream after it ended but some fans are posting some re uploads

ExWHYZ did a EDM cover of BiSH's "NON TiE UP"




also BiSH and ExWHYZ talking with each other




there are two other MCs that i hope get posted too

the first is from BiSH, they were saying that they really respect the members of ExWHYZ and that the members of BiSH wanted to play this concert not with the mindset that they are their senpai that came to open the concert but instead that the two groups are equals and that during the concert they were going to see each other as friendly rivals, they also wished them luck in their Budokan concert since BiSH never got the change to play there they really want ExWHYZ to do their best

during their performance ExWHYZ also talked about BiSH, they were really thankful with them and also sad that this was going to be the last time they and BiSH were to going to share a stage together

btw i thought it was being distributed already? i don't know what's going on with the magazine

as part of the upcoming first issue of "Gekkan WACK" Momoko and Usagi Tsukino did a feature together

she previously mention how makeup is a big hobby for her, seems Momoko is aware of that and since she was going to appear in the first issue of the magazine she personally requested to Tsuki if she could do the styling for her in this photoshoot

Usagi says that in the future she wants to try doing the makeup of other members of WACK too

i saw the group picture without context and i don't know why but i spend 30 seconds thinking "wait, are they the BiSH NEXT group?", obviously that doesn't makes fucking sense

also i know that as punishment for the audition camp she was told to paint her face white, still, why is Toggy so pale here?
is this the idol version of "Weekend at Bernie's"?

that said they look good, getting early BiS vibes from them

they also announced their new single, it doesn't has a title yet but is going to be release on July 12

the digital version of xANADU is doing pretty well



during it's first week it debuted at #2 in the digital album chart despite heavy competition and this 2nd week is likely to hit #1

i keep forgetting they are a thing so here some updates about them before i once again forget they even exist

BOYSGROUP new single was written by a member of DISH



i keep thinking WACK screw up by not making them a band, i mentioned before that a DISH-like band would have worked pretty well in the company, for starters neither Watanabe or Kenta have any real experience making music for male idol groups but they have composed stuff for tons of bands

also i haven't been following BOYSGROUP so dunno about their latest stuff but when i checked their debut i felt that while there wasn't anything bad about it there was nothing amazing either, well see what happens but this could be a step in the right direction (again, no idea what direction they even have right now)

i feel DISH are a group that actually feels like it could belong WACK





for example if i tried to picture a gender bend version of BiSH that are also a band i feel they pretty much would just be DISH


actually i don't have any news about TONAi BOUSHO but here some performances from a few weeks ago








also KiSS KiSS are going to release an album





speaking of KiSS KiSS, GANG PARADE's "CROSSROADS OF FATE" is next month, seems they are preparing some major announcements, some people speculate that GP are once again going to split

that would dumb since they are doing pretty well right now, worst case scenario i think only the KK members would leave

BiSH sold out the Tokyo Dome!

that's crazy, the concert isn't until late June yet they already sold out all tickets, the capacity of the Tokyo Dome is 55,000 btw so this isn't only going to be one of the biggest idol concerts this year but also one of the largest concerts of any artists from around the world, not even joking when i say that maybe only a dozen of American artists can fill stadiums this size, definitely going out with a bang

from their BiSHWHYZ concert, i'm glad they posted the NON TiE-UP cover too

on May 19th Now is going to release her first photobook "Yamitsuki Girl"

so the reason why only her is getting a photobook is because this is a project in collaboration with the magazine "B.L.T.", last year Now started a monthly serialization there, the photobook is going to be a compilation of the 12 issues released by Now along new content

according to the release statement they say that the structure of the photobook imitates that of a music album, with each chapter being named like a song title, the material was recorded last year in Kanazawa, Kakeromajima, Kyoto, and Yamagata and other than pictures is also going to include poems and unreleased content that didn't make it to the magazine along interviews with her

the limited edition is going to be available for purchase during their Budokan concert and the normal edition goes on sale on May 19, two days later on the 21th Now is going to hold a release event in a bookstore

GANG PARADE「ENJOY OUR PARADE」Music Video​

the director of the video says that he wanted to portray the bond between the members (which i guess is the reason they are dressed the same) and how the members overcame difficulties together (they start walking on sand dunes and finish on a grassy hill), also i noticed a lot of people are comparing the MV (the video not the song) with the one of "CAN'T STOP"




CAN'T STOP was really good, i think is my favorite GP title track (and maybe favorite song too)

hopefully they don't actually disband, i would be fine with sub units but no new groups since we already saw how the GTTB / PARADISES split didn't worked too well

also it would be really weird to do that literally 1 week after releasing their 2nd album, looking on the bright side they have events scheduled for July so at the very least they are still going to be around by then



(also i think i like the line up of team angel over team KiKA)
