So looking like the 180-90 thousand mark for 1st week. Not bad. I think with some consistency maybe they will sell 30k next week or more and prob hit 250k on Oricon some time in August.

What does Pink Fantasy have to do with Twice charts?

NuguTwice is already on its 5th yr. I guess the slow down in promotion from hereon is expected.. If covid didnt happen, I think they will actually be focusing more in concert tours vs music promotion.. But then the future of live performances is kinda bleak. I really dont expect any tours at least until early 2022..

Yeah tough to say when they will start up again-but the members already mentioned they had an even bigger tour planned for this year than 2019 and it got scrapped.Twice is already on its 5th yr. But without touring TWICE are the primary money maker in JYPE so I expect them to ramp up comebacks over the next 12 months to compensate for the money lost, at least to some degree.
I expect 1 more Korean and 1 more Japanese comeback in 2020. Factoring in other groups ITZY will comeback in a few weeks so maybe Got7 can in September and TWICE in October with a late November or early December Japan single/Korean repack. Prob leave them space for an early Q1 2021 comeback as well.
I think JYPE made a massive mistake this year in leaving them on the shelf for 6 months and really just throwing earnings away. So without touring TWICE need to make up for that lost income and JYPE need to plug that massive gap in the quarterly's that groups like ITZY and Stray Kids are not capable of filling so that can surely only mean more frequent comebacks over then next 6-12 months.

If they will be having korean cb this october, then a november or december jp cb will most likely to happen. November will be NiziU's debut though, so I am not sure how will Jype do this Jp cb.
Anyway, US billboard already scrapped the bundle thing in their album/single count. So I guess we can expect a Twice physical album release in the US next cb.

Yeah I really think if JYPE continues to try and fit TWICE comebacks around other groups it's going to be a detriment to the company. Niziu aren't even a real JYPE group anyway so I see no reason why they shouldn't be able to comeback at a similar time.If they will be having korean cb this october, then a november or december jp cb will most likely to happen. It's already bad enough we get less and less content to accommodate other groups right now when they simply don't share fanbases so wont really cannibalize each other sales, streams and charting.
I am expecting 2 comebacks in the next 6 months as a minimum and with preferential time slot too, not fit around other lesser groups comebacks.
Also glad to see the bundles gone, now Republic Records can actually get off their useless asses and do something for the next comeback or fuck off-either one is fine by me, but I am not here to let them sit on their asses doing fuck all and collecting a % of TWICE profits in the process.
We want playlisting, advertising and distribution. Not bundles.

That would be nuts. Surprised it's selling this well in Japan but it's already at a point where it's way ahead of Feel Special and prob pass Fancy You before the Summer is even over.

Looking good. Esp considering we only really had 1 comeback a few weeks ago and TWICE don't really promote at all in the US. I think RR should look to give them a more solid push next comeback...we have 0 playlisting, 0 promotion, 0 TV spots, 0 US preorder links, etc...

StanBTS selling 450k first day put all the excuses about corona and handshakes into trash. I guess we gotta accept this new reality. JYP took Japanese success for granted and kept feeding J Onces with sub par releases, eventually damaging Twice.

@Dreamer95 gonna have to disagree my friend and take umbrage with a few points here.
1, Comparing GG and BG selling patterns is never able to produce accurate 1:! comparisons as many factors are so different. GG's in Japan have always and will always be more reliant on fan events, we see thios even with domestic GG's relying on far more gimmicks than BG's. Boy group fan girls are far more into it in Japan and their's just more of a buyer culture in Korea and Japan for them. It just makes no sense to compare the two.
2, Sales don't vary much, if at all, between albums and singles sales for Kpop in Japan. I mean look at the BBJP and Oricon numbers for BDZ. Even without the repack it's sales figures are in line with the average single-to about a 5-10% sway only. In short just because it's an album sales shouldn't vary massively.
This point is further driven home with BTS and we should see even tighter margins than we already do with TWICE as the highest seller for albums in Japan is the 'standard ver' which typically the MSRP for TWICE is 3,300Y, but if we look at BTS the standard version cost just 2,500Y so a fair bit cheaper. You would expect this to foster even less drop off.
3, Compare Lights and the new album, in 1 day lights had over 620k and the new has less than 500k in 2 days showing already significant drop off-which we usually shouldn't see for Korean acts.
4, BTS last release was late Feb. Giving the fandom a 5 month cushion, ONCE had a little over 5 weeks. Massive difference.
5, If the numbers for BTS album follow the same pattern the drop off will be a similar, if not larger, % as TWICE.

They dont care about records
They just want money and sales.
Will not surprise if they still doing scam album like #TWICE4 or whatever until they disband.

NuguThere goes the last JP promo for the girls this year.
Following the close gap between JP and KR release, we should expect the next KR cb on last week of October.

Such a fucking stupid company. Seriously.
Pathetic, embarrassing, shameful. It hasn't even been 10 days since Fanfare dropped and already they've just moved on to a half baked cash grab scam.
I can't even put properly into words how angry, disappointed and fed up I am.
It's a total waste of time going forward to get excited with this group.

StanImagine explaining a concept of releasing "the best of" album every single year to someone, who is not familiar with kpop lmao.
Anyway, I hope JYPE will at least refilm FANCY completely, a la TT. If they chose to simply film Japanese lipsyncing version, like they did with previous compilation album, I don't see much sense in choosing FANCY when it's probably the cheapest MV of theirs. Also Japanese onces deserve something substantial, since they had no mv at all for &TWICE repackage.

ONCE's care about record but they didnt give a fack.. maybe they just want twice fans to be more focused on the music than records??
lets hope next korean comeback and japan comeback will be good.
