Um wow. Either Sukkiri is running out of things to do or their ratings for this show are going into orbit.

Probably both.
I don't know if this article is saying the Sukkiri!! segments will start from sometime between 8:00~10:25am each day or if each segment is 2 hours 25 minutes long. I don't think that have enough material for that.

Overall i think both teams did an excellant job.
Mako: performance wise she was fantastic but singing wise i think she had some pronounciation issues she didnt delive the message of the song to me and i love her singing so i was dissapointed/sad
Mayuka: my child coming out of her shell she did such a great job had pronounciation issues but i still got the message of the song from her expression she really seemed heartbroken unlike mako who seemed cool.

Momoka: her singing & dancing improved from the last two missions i dissagree with jyp on that but it felt like shes doing a mission and the other girls are showing us a new world that is the song " heartbeat" like yes you are doing a mission but you arent supposed to show that on stage you are supposed to perform present art become one with the song it felt like the girls are a tv show and shes the comercials two diffrant worlds
Ayaka: singing&dance improved very much needs to show more stage pressance more expressions become the person in the song she was just ayaka doing a good job if she cant be more expressive she would be perfect

Mori Keisuke visited Yoru Baguette to give a quick introduction of Nizi Project. Nothing new. He just talked a bit about the show with the hosts and introduced Miihi and Akari.
The last episode of Nizi Project will be released right after the last episode of Nizikake. It usually is released at 10:00 PM Japan time, but will be aired on the 26th at 1:59 AM Japan time after the extended Nizikake.
lol Mori announcer watching Nizi Project live on Sukkiri's instagram.
We are quickly approaching the end of the show. Time sure goes by fast. Can't believe we are already in June. It's exciting to wonder how the group will look in the end and what kind of concept and color they will start with, but at the same time a bit worrying wondering who will make it in.
It was interesting seeing how much the staff worried when dividing lines and how much the performance changed from the start of practice to the actual stage. Seems like Mayuka really embraced what JYP said about making the song their own. Makes sense why she was confident about her future showing and did so well. Much like the other songs this mission I feel like this concept is tricky. Not only because is a boy group song, but because it isn't a straight up love song or an aggressive masculine song. It's a heartbreak song that is about resentment, brooding and not being able to let go. Much like with Attention it's a more mature concept I doubt these girls understand fully. Also as the staff and JYP pointed out the choreo isn't about full on power but controlled bursts of power. Much harder to pull off.
As I've said before the intro is one of the best acts I've seen. Mayuka and Mako knocked it out of the park. If this was a duet it would easily be the best team. Overall I think the presentation ended up being ok. I wouldn't call it bad but I also don't think it's to the level of the other groups. They had varying levels of both dance and vocal performances which threw the balance off of it all. Stage presence was also a big gap. A lot to unpack in this one.
I already expected Mako to do well given her history, and she delivered her best performance imo. This choreo is perfect for her style, a powerful and controlled affair. I felt like the girls went for more pointed moves rather than the more rhythmic ones in the original. I think the original fits the emotion of the song better but within their decision Mako did exactly what they wanted to do. I think her tone matched really well with the song. She was stable despite the choreo and sang with the right mood for the song. Her stage presence and expressions were perfect. I felt like she captured the angry and slightly melancholic feel very well and really stood out several times.
The other stand out in this crew, Mayuka, also nailed the concept. Her expressions and rapping at the start set the table perfectly for the song. Easily her best performance in the entire show. She danced very well. I only thought she made an awkward move once, close to the start, but it wasn't that bad and she nailed everything else. She was stable singing her line too and found a tone that she is comfortable with and suited the song very well. I didn't really agree with JYP when he said that her mentality was what was holding her back, and I still might not, but I did not see her improving this much in just one more month. I don't know if it was because she got the concept and became invested when they were redoing the choreo or if this is the result of the 3-4 months of professional training. Very curious how she does next mission.
I thought Riku did a decent job. I agree with JYP she didn't improve as much this time, but I feel like the girls are starting to reach a point in their learning curves in which improvement is gonna be slower and less pronounced. I think she danced better here, one or two moves that looked a bit stiff and awkward, but nothing too bad. She sang well as usual, but as I feared when we saw the songs, this one doesn't really have many parts she can stand out with singing. She did a small ad-lib and a couple of support lines followed by a bigger ad-lib but those aren't really the impact moments in this song. The biggest issue though was that I think she didn't get the concept entirely. Her stage presence was muted because of it. Maybe she was too focused on singing well or doing the choreo properly, but she looked expressionless more than angry or sad. Not a big deal if she can't pull this concept off though since I doubt the group will do this any time soon.
Ayaka's dancing is still improving, but much like with Riku not as fast as before. If we compare her back in the Tokyo training camp and now it's like two completely different people, but from this mission to Very Very Very, the improvement is less noticeable. This is a much harder choreo imo and you could see her have some issues. She was flailing in some of the stronger moves. She also had one or two moves that looked more stiff, but nothing too bad. Definitely believe she is at a point dancing she can blend in. She will probably always be the weakest dancer but she won't disrupt the performance or look out of place. Her singing is slightly better, but still very far from something passable. They process everyone's voice but hers was very noticeable this mission. She is probably always going to get very few lines in the final group. I don't think it's a big deal personally, but I know some people find it egregious to have someone with her vocal skills in a group and she will probably always have people criticizing her for it. Much like Riku her biggest fault for me is she didn't manage to pull off the concept. I expected her to do well in that department because stage presence is her strength and because of her Again & Again performance but she also looked expressionless. Don't know if it's focusing on choreo or what but she didn't flash like she did back in Tokyo this time.
Again I felt that Momoka did ok. Her dancing wasn't perfect, but I thought she did a slightly better job here than in Heart Shaker. Her moves looked more natural than previously. Still not completely smooth but getting there. I think she sang ok. She had a nice tone, started stable in her first line but kind of wavered her second line. Her case is another one affected I feel by the post-processing. Not in the same way as Ayaka though. If they are making her voice a lot louder for us and what JYP is hearing live is a very faint voice that changes a lot how I feel about her vocal performance. Sadly she is the biggest offender when it comes to lacking stage presence this stage. My guess is the stress and prospect of being eliminated got to her. She usually has decent stage presence even when not doing great, but this stage she didn't show any. I feel like this was the biggest factor for JYP's ranking.
It's a shame 2k5 couldn't all rise up their performance. If they all managed it would have been an unforgettable presentation. Ifs and buts aren't worth much though so, can't really argue that this wasn't the weakest of the 3.
As for We Bling the concept is also a bit tricky, but the most familiar of the 3 imo. It's a haughty, confident and kind of chic song. The girls might not be any of those things, but they can at least understand it at their age. I don't think the final group will do something like this, but unlike the other 2, they could do it.
This is an interesting team. They have a strong dancer that struggles with singing, a strong vocalist that struggles dancing, someone who can do both well but doesn't have the physical fitness for it yet and someone who can do everything well enough. Also 3 girls who seem to be silly and energetic and Riria that seems more timid and introverted. It was very nice seeing them interacting with each other. It was sweet seeing the girls supporting Rio and trying to comfort her even if she tried to brush it off. The way they helped each other made this team seem very nice and caring.
I'm surprised JYP didn't mention how different in mood this stage was from the original. Not sure if he liked it or if he is focusing on getting the final group more than how perfect the stage was. The girls energy and mood was a lot more peppy than chic. Not sure if this was a choice they made because of their own personalities or if they misread the song. It's not a big deal, I don't think it makes the performance looks worse, but I do feel like the original mood fits the lyrics best.
I always felt like Rima was a decent singer, not lead vocal levels, but decent enough. That's why I wasn't as surprised as JYP by her singing. I feel like her tone and style fits this concept very well. Her dancing was better than the last two missions too. I still saw a little bit of awkwardness in a couple moves, but way less obvious than before. She also missed the beat in a move by going too early, but it was only that one time. There was this one move she kind of cut corners too and didn't fully pull it off, but again just one that I noticed. I think she still needs to polish her dancing a little bit, but she isn't far from it. I initially thought she was ready to debut back in the Tokyo training camp. Now I have seen a few warts here and there on her skills, but nothing too big or worrying. I would be absolutely comfortable debuting her as is and let experience settle the few awkward moves she does. She had pretty good stage presence too. I don't think she stood out above the others but she fit the concept and expressed what they wanted very well.
Rio's vocals probably stood out to JYP because of her team. Compared to Swing Baby team, this one is stronger vocally and the amateurish feeling in her voice was probably more noticeable even with her few lines. Having said that I think she did well. She is never gonna have many lines or be a lead vocal, but I think she was stable enough and hit the right note during her part. I think she danced as well as she did in the previous mission. In what was a very strong dancing team I felt she was the best dancer. The thing is this choreo has less spots to shine as a dancer imo. It is a hard choreo, but it is overall higher than average but never goes too high. It's like if a normal choreo's average is 5 with maybe peaks of 8-9 for dance breaks, this one to me feels like an average of 7 that never gets to 8. She had good stage presence too, with moments of really engaging the audience with her expressions. It really shows her evolution to performing with a crowd in mind that the show also highlighted. She didn't quite take over the stage with it like Akari in Feel Special but she definitely had moments that she looked great.
Nina's vocals are no joke. They just sound so effortlessly clear and stable. I agree with JYP that she still is the weakest dancer in the group, but way less noticeable than before. She still has a few sluggish moves and was off-beat a couple times but I noticed she looks way smoother. I think she reached the point that I'm comfortable debuting her too and let experience polish off her dancing. I don't think she will ever reach a level that she is impressive dancing, but her singing more than makes up for it. So just catching up on the energy of the moves and being on-beat all the time will be enough. She has good stage presence, but I feel like she over acts a little bit with her expressions. I think she can tone it down a little bit and it will be perfect.
I was afraid Riria would struggle with this song, but looks like around 3-4 months training and she can now keep up with the energy needed. I really like her tone and voice and I think she fit in very well with Nina. They sounded great following each other. She is also a pretty good dancer and it was really nice seeing her be able to dance without losing her balance or falling behind in the choreo. She still isn't 100% imo though. I think she can still push her dancing more and sounded a bit breathy in parts of her line. Her stage presence and expressions also aren't quite there yet. I wouldn't say she was bad at it, but I still felt like there is more room for growth there.
To me this group did a pretty solid performance but it had a few odds and ends here and there. I would say it was a good enough performance to be a proper girl group, but it lacked a stand out stage presence to grab me. Everyone did well enough but no one wowed me in that department.
I think if you put team We Bling and team Iris next to each other they had similar stages as far as quality goes. Iris faults stood out more because the vocal anchor faltered but I think if you add the little bits and pieces We Bling lacked it adds up to the same. I actually wavered back and forth a lot thinking which team I would rank first. I don't really argue with anyone that had either team at the top. In the end I think I put team Iris slightly ahead. Mainly because I feel like their stage presence really grabbed me more. Again if team 2k5 were only Mako and Mayuka they'd be first easily, but you can't ignore the rest of their performance.
The individual ranking is really tough as I'd predicted. I feel like a lot of the girls are getting close to their potential and it's really hard to put them in order. I agree with Mako first. I would probably put Mayuka and Akari ahead of Rio. I think Rio did well, but her stage presence was better last mission. I would have ranked her higher then. I was afraid Riria would have another good performance and no cube. I think she deserved one last mission too. I think having Riku and Miihi this low just shows how much the girls have improved. I don't think either had a horrible stage. Riku just lacked some stage presence and Miihi made mistakes singing otherwise both did well in everything else. Ayaka 12 is a bit surprising, but I don't disagree with it. Sadly Momoka last was kind of inevitable. You can tell she got into her own head and couldn't pull out of it. I don't quite discard JYP pulling a saving and bringing her back, but I feel like the odds are low.
Now about the final mission and the Sukkiri schedule. Seeing as they are gonna have 3 days for the final mission I think the 12 person performance is part of the final evaluation. Kind of scary because I think I saw some girls off-beat during that. As far as the teams go it's interesting one has the 3 best vocalist and the other has the 2 best dancers. I wonder if it was intentional or not. Mako's team is gonna need Akari and Riria to carry the vocals. Not sure if they are ready for that. Maya's team feel more balanced because of that. They don't need to worry about vocals because Nina, Miihi and Riku are there. Maybe Maya won't be able to pull everyone's dancing to the next level but with Miihi and Rima I think they can put out a solid performance.
I'm bad at recognizing songs, but no one else has come up with what songs they are doing so I wonder if it's just something too obscure or if they are new songs. Both concepts seem to be more mature though. One more flashy very western pop star like and one kind of a more young adult Itzy rather than high school. The stand outs from the preview to me are Mayuka looking great with red hair, Ayaka and Akari. Riria also sounding great on Baby I'm a Star.
I'm not surprised NTV is going ham on the last 2 episodes of Nizi Project. They stand to gain too the more the show gets noticed and it has been doing well in Sukkiri. Having said that I don't expect the girls spotlight to offer much new. My guess is they are gonna go over everything that we already saw and have JYP sumarize it. Also seems like they are doing 1 girl from each team a day. This could be good for girls with less screen time like Riria. It's gonna be interesting seeing how much more popularity they gain these last 2 weeks. Also what they are gonna do to maintain interest between the end of the show and their first release. I would be surprised if they released something right after the end of the show, but not by much.

Nizi girls huge unveiling! Final stage full disclosure... Mako and Maya leaders for 2 team mission! Two different themed original song showdown & song made by JYP showdown! A day before the mission a video letter for the Nizi girls... What is the reason for the tears?

As expected original songs. I'm also glad they decided to do different songs instead of both teams performing same song. Unlike a lot of JYPE fans I actually like JYP produced songs. I know Signal was out there, but I actually liked it as a song. Also looks like episode 10 of Nizikake is going to be all setup for the final episode and no performance? Maybe just the Baby I'm a Star performance? They love using tears are teaser, but this one feels a lot like they botched it. I think it is all about them getting emotional with their parents messages.
The girls at home Who's Your Mama? MV is trending #1 on Youtube Japan.
I wonder if we are gonna get a video from the girls on the other dorm.

I'm happy to see the girls getting so much love and attention, I hope this continues on when they debut.
