I know that these 4 girls got the Japanese beauty standards

- Ayaka
- Rio
- Rima
- Maya



I'm not so sure about the rest but they all have potential

1. Miihi = people call her cute all the time and she has great charm

2. Mako = idk about mako fitting Japanese beauty but I personally find her VERY attractive

3. Riku = same as miihi

4. Nina = her side profile is perfect into the standards so I think theres potential

5. Mayuka = same as riku and miihi

As far as I know, Japan's beauty standards aren't as rigid as SK. Standards tend to apply more towards behavior than physical looks. Besides, Japan is more into kawaii, and all the girls fit that category. Guys do tend to like black hair better because it fits the more traditional concept of beauty, but apparently it comes with it's own host of problems.

Nina look was so iconic. -> Dude you gave me last. Go pick yourself up. Loved the small amount of Making video. JYP himself started cracking up at Nina's expressions. Her acting ability really did good here.
Had flashbacks to WG. He's pretty good at letting humor into his video's which is not something you really see that much in most MV. He does it more than most and he's not afraid of having it directed at himself. That shows quite a bit of self confidence.

LOL. I'm not a JYP anti, so I don't mind it. Besides J-fans seem to like him a lot more than k- and i-fans. He's been in Twice's MV, so the only GG MV he hasn't appeared in is for Itzy...and Miss A, I believe.

But there is still a standard like in America and I know Japans standards arent as narrow as Koreas but beauty standards are everywhere

there's 2 type of beauty in japan, 1 is kawaii category where's everyone can be in it and want to be in it and no.2 is bijin which is the japanese beauty standard. i suggest you google akita bijin to understand it.

oh gawd exactly as expected its really follow second season first evaluation, i guess that first test really give impact to jyp

maybe a lil twist ? maybe jyp want akari and yuna but rio and mayuka really give impact to jyp in the first evaluation in season2? rio glow up like phoniex and mayuka accelerating drastic pace of improvement in skill really shookt jyp ? to extend give great first impression during the first trial? the rest member kinda expected but at same time i already post and give this final line up as my prediction....i hope momoka akari riria and yuna can debut in the future,maybe lil sister group of itzy perhaps or some other agency will snatch them after this. hopefully they debut

Right now a fair amount of kpop fans are in the midst of the BP vs BTS viewership wars. But JYP fans aren't too involved in that. I don't think the IZ*ONE will impact the views much as they have had some time to settle but not so no sure which way they will go. I was originally concerned by how short a period happened between the pre-debut announcement and the MV but it seems they went on a huge blitz campaign in Japan. Initially I was thinking maybe 1.5 Million but with what I'm seeing I've more than doubled my estimate. Now this is coming from a Midzy who initially predicted Dalla Dalla at 5 Mil and they hit 17 so I'll be very happy to be wrong again. As long as I guess wrong by being too low.

JYPEJ/Sony are pushing more for digitals since they are offering rewards for downloads and audio streams. I think we'll get somewhere around 3-5M for views, but i-fans will probably be ones to do the bulk of the repeat viewings. Plus, it looks like they incorporated pauses in the MV to break up the song and push J-fans towards downloads/streams.
