Not sure if this was posted since it's been a long time since i visited this thread. I noticed since the girls can't come to japan magazines have been making articles about them instead of inviting them for photoshoots+interviews. Here's vivi magazine's article " couldn't sleep because of nizi u " talking about the girls and summarizing their journey since the girls cant be there well known huge withU youtuber&comedian maruyama rei who appeard in the " women who love niziu too much " special last month & vivi exclusive model & actress furuhata seika appear instead ( idk if she's a fan )

It's nice to see the girls still doing well.

Looking at JYP's Japanese calendar I wonder if we are gonna see the official debut in October. Twice releases an album in September and Stray Kids puts out a mini in November. I can see them holding to December or even 2021 with the whole pandemic, but personally I hope they don't wait that long. I don't think they are gonna lose that much momentum if they wait more, but I still think you'd want to maximize the popularity they have right now. Not being able to be on Japanese tv much is not gonna be ideal, but you can make up for that with some recorded things from Korea and youtube content.

I don't think were going to see NiziU in October personally. I'd be very glad if they did but I expect to see it in the 3rd to 4th week of November. I do think they will lose some momentum unfortunately but I think logistically he needs to wait until then. Twice come back in September and I'm thinking maybe Got7 in October. I've seen reports that seems to indicate they are fairly far along on new music from them. NiziU doesn't really need to be concerned about the end of year deadlines for music show year end awards so end of November is a good time slot for them. December debut is a bit problematic I think for normal releases due to all the award shows and specials people want to watch. BUT I'm also thinking Korea and not Japan. I'm not sure what year end things happen in Japan that might distract people from a normal or typical debut. As for optimal time for NiziU to debut I think the sooner the better. They still have an incredible amount of momentum going in Japan. So much in fact that he needs to be careful having other JYP groups have an album in Japan within a month or so after NiziU's release. There is so much hype for them they could drown out the sales of follow on acts for a modest amount of time. That's why I think he logistically has to put Stray Kids before NiziU. They will get decent sales but avoid the publicity hype from NiziU that could have drowned them out. I think we will get a preview for NiziU about 1 week after Stray Kids mini drops say between Nov 9th and Nov 15th were they will follow Itzy's formula of 2 weeks of teasers for a debut between the 20th and 28th. (of course doing a WAG here)

But that brings up a different topic. Do you or any others anticipate a JYP Nation holiday video or online mini concert. I think the chances are high. It is the end of the decade and it's been 2 years since he did a JYP multi group concert. If so do you think NiziU would be in it? While most of us here would love it the current political situation in Korea/Japan relationships seems to state no.

This is from with magazine's latest issue they mostly talk about jyp and his " wise/famous sayings " ( i don't know how it say it english its basically the words he said to the girls and how they thing its wow and amazing and wise ) they do a slight introduction of the girls but its mostly about jyp and about how awesome he is and they have japanese celebrites comment about that and a bit about the group (i think ) again this isnt mine so do whatever
