Hi! Yes, some of the items are currently hidden for now due to the shop closing. Once when we reopen those categories again, everything will be back to normal and they'll appear in your inventory again!

I just double checked and it seems to be an event related item, we only sell those a limited time. That’s why it’s not in the Shop. I can still see it in your inventory, did you hide it? If not I’ll ask one of my colleagues to check on it for you as I’m unable to without a computer
