For those wondering about this upload, RINA just said via her Instagram Stories that SCANDAL will continue to upload past music videos whose full versions haven't yet been posted on their channel, at the rate of one song per week! The first song is this one, "Sisters," that was first released in September 2015!

i didn't know it was posted either, seems they along other artists are celebrating the opening of "FENDER FLAGSHIP TOKYO" which is going to be next month, is going to be Fender's main store in Japan

the official page for Fender also says that around the construction site of the store they put silhouettes / cutouts of artists affiliated with them and are encouraging fans to try and find them
