unpopular opinion: i think akb flying low this year is a good thing, not only bc of ngt but overall the public needed time off from them.
and i guess trying to recapture fans and non-fans attention with concerts is a good way to start. even if i'm not sure having the same senbatsu for 6 concerts is the right thing, esp bc half of them are seniors.

Even 5 years ago nobody would believe it.

Shiichan has really had a pretty astounding last year when you think about it. Ranked in the last sousenkyo, got her first center and appeared on TV.
