Aina is going to play the role of "Janis Joplin" in the official adaptation of the broadway musical "Janis"

Haruko Nagaya (Vocalist of Ryokuoshoku Shakai) is going to play the role of "Etta James" a famous Soul / Jazz singer comtemporary to Janis Joplin, the full cast hasn't been unveiled yet but seems they are going with an all star cast of famous singers!

they look pretty good! these may be my favorite BiS3 uniforms, you can't go wrong with the black / red colors
and even idols have to wear their older siblings hand-me downs

Toggy doesn't appear in the teasers because she is still on hiatus due to a stress fracture, those ones take forever to heal

hopefully she recovers, Nayu from ASP's has the same problem and despite resting for half a year still had to retire because it didn't heal properly

the single is going to be release next week

i literally have no idea how well is going to perform, it could sell anywhere from 5k to 50k in the first week, is going to depend on GANG PARADE's fandom, their first single since coming back sold 35k in the first week, their next one "Signal" is going to be around 40k or so, the problem is that both GP and SPY's single are going to be release very close to each other

terrible, terrible news today, not only they are so sudden but maybe they are the worst we could have hoped for

EMPiRE announced their disbanding, their last concert is going to be on June 2



is so sudden, there are no special preparations or anything, there is no information as to why either, according to the statement they are going to give an explanation in a future update

there is also going to be another update to explain what is going to happen with the members of EMPiRE

there was literally no indication that this was going to happen, as a matter of fact just this past week they were talking about their future tour, the only clue was that they didn't updated their fanclub letter this saturday

their final concert is going to be streamed in their youtube channel on June 2 Japan time



is not going to be archieved so is something i definitely don't want to miss

i love EMPiRE, i like them as much as BiSH, i have so many good memories with them, i've been following since day one, i keep repeating that but is just that seeing their beginning and now their end is so painful

i love the group's members, style, concept, music, videos, lyrics, everything, the first time i lay my eyes on them i knew i was going to be their fan until the end

i just hope the members stay in the business, either in WACK or somewhere else, i don't care, i just don't want them to go away

i recommend saving any video or pictures from their official accounts, we don't know what is going to happen on June 2 but is best to be prepared

Black to the dreamlight was Yuina's final video with them, is one of my favorite EMPiRE songs




MAD LOVE, is probably my favorite of theirs, every year it makes me sadder and sadder listening to it

i just love their music, their first album "THE EMPiRE STRiKES START!!" is probably my favorite WACK release ever

this is probably unrelated to EMPiRE (or maybe not) but WACK is calling it an "emergency live" which is the same term they used for the BiSH disbanding concert / announcement



Japan Music System is also a music label, both Watanabe and Suzuki Kentaro who are the ceos are doing this event together, is going to be streamed tomorrow on BiSH's YouTube channel, SPACE SHOWER TV, the JMS YouTube channel and GYAO!

man this picture hits hard now, is so nostalgic, at the time i have no idea i was going to be so invested on them, we still didn't knew about MiKiNA, MAHO or NOW who ended becoming pillars of the group

that was 4 and half years ago, time flies


everytime they announce a disbanding you at least have the members or Watanabe posting some messages but today everyone is quiet, they only retweeted the announcement, i wonder how much they knew? it clearly was very sudden, the decision probably happened during this month

What is going on at WACK?? They are disbanding my two favorite groups and both were doing pretty well too. It was a shock when I saw BISH was disbanding but now EMPIRE too... And both didn't really have a proper reason that was given. I somehow have a bad feeling about all that tbh.

i like the new groups too but to me WACK always was BiSH and EMPiRE, feels like begining of the end (or at least an era) they are the two biggest, most popular, most successful groups, i have no idea what is Watanabe thinking but it definitely wasn't a financial decision, EMPiRE are #2 when it comes to making money, they first would off MAMESHIBA or ASP rather than then

i want post something that may be or not related to EMPiRE

tomorrow WACK and the music label JMS are going to do a major announcement together






they interesting thing is that ASP who just announced their debut under avex (just like BiSH and EMPiRE) appears listed on the JMS artists page

but people with more hope than myself pointed how EMPiRE got signed to avex back in mid 2017, that was 5 years ago, so maybe their contract with avex ended and they are going to move to another label?

that could be a nice guess, JMS seems to be a bigger company than WACK, a fusion could be likely too

since EMPiRE is a joint project between WACK and avex, if the later quits the partnership it could explain the disbanding since they wouldn't be able to use the brand, maybe they are going to rename themselves? not gonna lie, that sounds optimistic

could be related to other things, i guess tomorrow we are going to find out

regardless of what happens i just hope the members stick around, i really like them

i wonder why the members are so quit, could be they have nothing said since it seems it took them by surprise too, is weird how just like that they are done, is very hard to accept that

today there aren't any updates on EMPiRE, i think they are going to keep a low profile until June 2

that announcement that Watanabe and JMS were teasing ended being for an unrelated project

WACK and JMS are going to release the TV audition show "BRAND-NEW BAND STORY", the purpose of the show is to create the next big rock band



basically the same thing they did with MAMESHiBA and the audition show MONSTER IDOL
