Twice's scheduled performances at Tokyo Dome on March 3rd and March 4th have been rescheduled to April 15th and April 16th, respectively. More details regarding the postponement will be released on Friday, February 28th.

The details of the substitute performance due to the postponement of the Tokyo Dome performance, which was scheduled to be held at 2020/03/03(Tue) and 2020/03/04(Wed) TWICE WORLD TOUR 2019 'TWICELIGHTS' IN JAPAN are as follows.

*The opening and starting times may change.
*We will send you an email about downloading the e-ticket three days before the performance date.
If you are not able to attend the substitute performance, we will accept a refund as follows.
Please follow the procedure below to get a refund from the ticket board my page within the acceptance period.
*Once you complete the procedure, you cannot change it. Please be careful when you go through the procedure.
*Those who come to the substitute performance of 2020/04/15(Wed), 2020/04/16(Thu) do not need any procedure.

*This email is sent to the applicant. Applicants who purchased an e-ticket must complete the procedure, and applications other than the applicants will be invalid.
*Refund is only available for performances at Tokyo Dome on 2020/03/03(Tue) and 2020/03/04(Wed).
*The refund amount will be the ticket price (10,000 yen per 1 ticket including tax).
*You can get a refund for all the tickets, but you cannot get a refund for only a part of the tickets. (Un-refundable tickets will be transferred.)
*You cannot cancel after applying for a refund.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING FURTHER POSTPONEMENT OF TOKYO DOME CONCERTS
The make-up dates that were originally scheduled for April 15th and April 16th cannot go ahead given the current global circumstances surrounding COVID-19. The 2 Tokyo Dome concerts will be postponed to a later date, of which at this moment is to be determined. Refund info will be sent out soon.

Just got an email from Ticketboard regarding the refund process for Tokyo Dome tickets:
"This e-mail is to inform you of the refund procedure for the "TWICE WORLD TOUR 2019 'TWICELIGHTS' IN JAPAN Tokyo Dome Performance" which was unfortunately postponed due to the impact of the new coronavirus.
"For customers who paid by credit card, we will refund to the credit card specified at the time of purchase. You don't need to go through the procedure.
"The refund amount is the total amount paid minus the system fee "700 yen/ticket (tax included)".
"Also, we cannot refund part of your credit card (net of commission), so we will cancel the full amount and pay the system fee again.
"Depending on the credit card ecompany, the repayment of the system usage fee may be entered first, and the offset may be later.
"We will refund to the buyer who applied for the ticket.
"The timing of refund depends on the credit card company (it may take up to 2-3 months). Please check the detailed statement sent from the credit card company.
"If there is a difference in the refund amount, please contact the information center below."
