I wouldn't recommend shortening phases last minute, there might be still people who will vote. If you wanted to shorten the phase, you should've notified the thread on the first (or max 2nd) day.

If there's no one willing to take over, they usually just stay abandoned until someone else comes out that wants to take over.

Hello awards- Pardon for this dumb incident but I just noticed that all my awards aren't showing. I'm trying to figure out what did I do before but failed to recall. Is it because it wasn't featured in profile?

Hello! After our new update, you have to choose to feature your awards yourself. You do this by going to your profile, click on ''Awards'' where you will see a button that says ''Feature''. Click on it and you should get a pop-up window, click on ''Available awards'' and when you've reached the badges you want to display, press the arrow. When you have done this to all the awards you want to display, go to ''Featured awards'' (in the same pop-up) and here you can sort how you'd like to display them!

So this feature I'm looking at is also affecting the same to our side profile on posts in the thread?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean but if this changed along with recent forum updates I'd say yes but I recommend asking about certain forum features in the Ask a mod thread since we in Awards don't work with that to the same extent.

Yes, a change that came with this update is that you can now not only choose what badge order to display, you can also choose how many badges to feature; so you are able to only display one badge even though you keep more!

so, about alternate badges for groups... do I need a specific number of votes for that???
Also, do I need to submit all badges for approval for a specific group all at once, or can I submit them in waves, as they get voted on (e.g. I just finished Group badge voting here, but I'm still waiting on pre-approval for individual badges)

1) For alternative group badges, you should ask the fandom in the voting thread if they would be interested in having one, but you don't need a specific number of votes for it as long as the majority says that they would indeed like to have one.
2) You can either submit the badges in waves (example: submit the group badge now, and submit the members together), or wait and submit them all together.

Hi! If you notified us about your awards form when you purchased it there shouldn’t be any issues since we write them down! alwink:When you use it though, you can just write a little side note that says your form was expired.

I thought something happened and I had to request for them again, but it says I still have them so I can't request for them. But I can't see them next to my posts. Could I please get those back?

Hi, your awards are not gone, they’re still in your profile. After our new update, you have to feature your awards in order for them to show up. You do this by going to your profile, click on ''Awards'' and then click on ''Feature''. Then, click on ''Available awards'' and when you see the badges you want to display, press the arrow. Then, you can go to ''Featured awards'' (in the same pop-up) and sort the order of how you'd like to display them. Then just click save and they’ll be under your username again!
