if you want a badge with your form you’ll have to start a voting thread, you can read more about how to do that here. Since you have one form you’re entitled to one badge, so either a badge for the whole series (maybe with the logo) or a specific character. :yagotit:

Don’t worry! Keepers and supporters are users that will request the badge when its in the system or/and support that the badge should be put in our system. But since you have an awards request form you don’t need to collect keepers and supporters, those two are only meant for voting threads without the form

I don't think there's actually anything you can do (unless you have a direct proof of bribery or anything like that) because ultimately there's no way to prove that these people are not interested in the group/badge and that they are not planning to get it at any point in the future. It wouldn't be right to ban people from voting based only on suspicion. You can ask people to vote only if they're interested in getting the badge or give extra votes to people who declared that they will keep it but, in the end, that's all that can be done, I'm afraid
