Who would have thought that HKT would end up being the second oldest group one day

so its akb then hkt then ske then ngt then nmb then stu

i thought akb is even older tbh i mean ske and nmb got a lot of kids now so no surprise . The rest is expected also Hkt's youngest just recently graduated so it could be what increased their average age

Btw Team 8's Suzuki Yuka is gaining followers quite fast!

Yes, apparently it will be AKB members only. More informations from this tweet: AKB48 have announced the largest ever idol e-sports event, to be held on November 23 and shown on OPENREC.tv. 100 members from five teams (A,K,B,4 and 8) will compete in a series of video games including their official game app "AKB48 Dobon! Hitorijime!"

There is a very very long description under the video (all in japanese) and a whole list of members who are probably the ones who will participate and it's indeed all members from the 5 teams of AKB. Excited for this event, I hope it will be fun!

Nishikawa Rei was named captain of the subunit IxR, congrats! This announcement makes me think that management is planning to promote the subunits and give them original songs and other promotions, or maybe IxR will be the only ones with original songs? So far they got more promo than other subunits, they also have officially a leader, and management put the main new gen aces in IxR. I wouldn't mind if they get promoted since it can be good and helpful for AKB as a whole although I also love the other subunits so hopefully they do a lot of promotions for the subunits!

Good news: Team 8 members Oda Erina and Shimizu Maria are now signed to the agency called "Central". They announced it during a livestream for Halloween a few days ago! Recently Team 8 members are being signed to agencies, it's a good sign and I hope they get more jobs thanks to this!

I usually see her in photo but she's also very pretty in motion! I think she's going to be pushed in front row for NMB but not sure if she will be pushed as ace/center, she gives me more the feeling of the beauty/model of the group like Kojiharu type of role or Akarin in NMB's case (since Akarin graduated then Mikana can take that role) NMB really has a lot of interesting and cute girls in their new gens!

I can't see her as a center any time soon. She might become as popular as Umeyamamoto but her performance skills are not good enough yet.

Hkt had a special issue all about them in bomb magazine 48 pages total miku took the cover hinata and emiri took cover of the swimsuit edition, matsuoka hana and 5th gen kenkyuusei's ichimura airi and kuriyama rina were also featured ( 2 kks that aren't promoted much so i'm happy for them )
I know airi is popular she was one of the winners of that 48G bis even not sure about rina though

Also yesterday and the day before stu had what i thought was a stage turns out its a stage play/musical? I still dont know what it is tbh but its defnetly not the typical 48 stage this is a teaser from the first day 11/10 that has i think 10 members from the 1st generation participate




The second day 11/11 had 10 members from 2nd gen play the roles played by 1st gen it was double casting ( couldnt find photos/videos cuz it was just yesterday )
